MOVE BETTER. PERFORM BETTER.
Personalized Assisted Stretching to Improve Mobility, Flexibility & Recovery
At Precision Performance & Recovery, assisted stretching is more than simply increasing flexibility. Our one-on-one sessions are designed to help improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, address movement restrictions, and help your body move more efficiently—whether you're training hard, recovering from activity, or simply feeling tight and restricted.
Sessions are performed by Laura Rice, FNP-C, Certified Assisted Stretch Practitioner, and are individualized based on your mobility, activity level, areas of restriction, and personal goals.
Using guided stretching techniques, Laura takes your muscles and joints through controlled ranges of motion that can be difficult to achieve with stretching on your own. This allows you to relax into the stretch while your provider controls positioning, intensity, and movement.
Assisted Stretching May Help With:
• Improving flexibility and functional range of motion
• Decreasing muscle tightness and stiffness
• Improving mobility and movement quality
• Supporting athletic performance
• Enhancing post-workout recovery
• Addressing imbalances and areas of restriction
• Improving comfort with everyday movement
• Supporting an active lifestyle as you age
Whether you're an athlete looking for an edge, returning to activity, spending long hours at a desk, or simply want to move and feel better, assisted stretching can be incorporated into your overall performance and recovery plan.
Your body was made to move. Let’s help it move better.
Assisted stretching provides guided, targeted stretching designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion while reducing muscle tightness and stiffness. For athletes and active individuals, regular stretching can support recovery between training sessions, improve movement quality, and help maintain the mobility needed for sport-specific performance. At PPR, assisted stretching is tailored to your individual needs to help keep your body moving, recovering, and prepared for your next workout, practice, or competition.
